 🐾 Booking & Deposit Policy

To secure your pet’s dates, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

Dates are not reserved until the deposit is received.

The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the first scheduled visit or walk!

If full payment is not received by the due date, services will be canceled and the deposit will be forfeited.

Bookings are confirmed once the service agreement is signed and the deposit is received.
